Health Risks of a Poor Foundation

When your foundation isn't in very good shape, it may have cracks, walls leaning into the home, or it could be sinking further and further into the earth. Mold is a fungus which is typically dark green or black in color, and it can grow on walls, floors, boxes, and on most things inside of a basement. As the mold grows, it releases spores into the air.
