We purchased our home back in 2003 and it came with a transferable Everdry Warranty. They had waterproofed the home several years prior to our purchase. The basement remains dry, and the warranty is well worth it! They provide GREAT service and keep the sump pumps running and the basement dry. They have gone above and beyond in offering "after hours" service and providing EXCELLENT service for a very fair price!

John came out to fix a small leak and was absolutely great to deal with. He had to break up some concrete, but he kept everything very tidy and kept everything from getting dusty in the basement. I had several questions for him, and he was very patient and explanatory in answering all my questions. Overall, John was amazing to work with, and I could not have been happier with his service! Thank you!

The previous owner has the warranty for waterproofing services with Everdry Chicago for more than 15 years. The warranty was transferred to me as the new owner. Knowing the warranty in place with Everdry Chicago after the basement was flooded once 15 years ago, I had no hesitation to purchase a property even facing to a lake. Whenever I have a small issue, John came and fixed it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend having their waterproofing warranty for protection for your investments as an insurance.

We had Everdry Chicago waterproof our basement for us after we'd lived in our home for 10+ years without ever having any water, when there was a huge deluge that resulted in a small amount of water. At the time, our home had never had a sump pump. Everdry Chicago installed a sump pump and waterproofed our basement both inside and out. We've never had a problem with water since. Due to our staying with the warranty coverage at $50 per year, Everdry has been out twice at no charge at our request to inspect to be sure everything is still buttoned up tight since it has now been almost 12 years since the initial work was done.We highly recommend Everydry Chicago - not only have they done a great job with our waterproofing, they have been great since then with the warranty coverage.

Listen to most of the other reviews. This company cares about its customers and does whatever it takes to make each customer happy. Amanda is simply excellent. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in making sure each customer's needs are met. For example, she worked with me to make sure I was getting the biggest bang for my buck regarding work completed and warranties. She is a huge asset to this company. Since I moved in my home in 2010, the experiences I have had with each of these guys (Paul & John) have been excellent. They make sure my sump pump system is running properly and come to my home at my request without any questions to make sure it continues to do so (for my peace of mind before Spring begins). The back up system that was installed in early 2011 by Everdry saved my basement from being flooded from the heavy overnight rains in 2011 (my neighbors weren't so lucky). I can't say enough positive things about this company and I will never hesitate to recommend them to others. Much thanks to Amanda, Paul, & John. Other companies should take a lesson from these guys and how to treat customers.

I would like to say thank you for the job well done. My home was in danger and you fixed it without any hassles. Quote and pricing was fair- although it was an unexpected purchase for our family at least it was within reason and for professional work that will hopefully last forever.

I had a serious foundation problem with cracked walls and my home was sinking into the ground. I called Adam's Piering, they came out and did a structural evalaution, then gave me a quote. Work was completed quickly and I havn't had any problems since.

They did an amazing job. All my foundation cracks look like they were never there. Thanks so much
