They put in an electical outlet and a utility pump in my crawl space. The workers were courteous by removing their shoes when they went to turn off breakers inside. It was clear they had done their research on the best type of pump for the area. It was well done. The only problem was getting a time scheduled.

I had a good experience with Handy Man Can / Foundation One. They came up with multiple options to take care of my cracks in the basement and outdoor water issues. The found ways to create a solution that I could afford. They were professional and worked through some harsh weather conditions to complete the job.

Our sump pump went on on New Year's Eve day, and was filling with water. Dave with Foundation 1 called us back immediately and was able to install a new pump on the holiday. Extremely impressed with his knowledge. We had spoken to several other contractors, and Dave was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, timely and was considerate of our budget for this project. His pricing was very reasonable, and his product is top of the line. He spent a lot of time explaining to us our options and ways we could save money. Very courteous...removed his shoes upon entering our home and cleaned up thoroughly after the project. AAAAAA+++++++

Went very well. Assessed situation, priced my initial requirement, and made additional recommendations. Ended up doing more than originally thought based on what he offered as a solution. Then ended up doing more due to what we found when we got into the project. Dave and his crew were personable and professional, and I am very satisfied with their work.
