We got 4 different estimates to have a large crack repaired on the north side of our home. We went with Stabil-Loc first of all because of the sales rep who came and totally described what they would do. He was professional and was somebody we felt we could trust. When the rain let up and they could start our job, the rep was with them to explain what needed to be done. The crew that came was awesome. They had to hand dig that whole north wall, a huge task because it is clay and it was wet. They cleaned up the area after they were done. We couldn't be happier, the job was fantastic, guaranteed for life, the estimate was in the middle of all the estimates we received so we felt like they were reasonable for all the work they ended up doing. SO wonderful not to have water in the basement anymore. Great job Stabil-Loc.

We had an amazing experience with them. After having several estimates to prevent water in our basement that ranged as high as $3200, the owner of the company showed me how the problem was from a clogged, leaking, and broken gutter. None of the other contractors even mentioned that could be a cause. Foundation doctor didn't make a dime on us, but the owner said that he could not sleep at night if he didn't tell us. If anyone in our family needs foundation work in the future, they will the company to do it.
