We've used EverDry for basements in two older homes (one built in 1923 and the other built in 1898) and have not had any problems with water or seeping in either basement since. Both were getting significant water and/or seepage in the basement before EverDry. When other homes on our block have put wet carpet on the curb after a big storm, we've always given their name. Customer service has also been great when issues have arisen with our sump pump's batter back-up. We couldn't say enough good things.

Before Everdry, our basement and laundry room would have puddles of water every time there was a heavy rain. We had to take dirty towels and soak it up until the rains stopped. I don't know how many times we have said since then after a heavy rain or rain that the money we spent on Everdry was some of the best we have ever spent. Not a drop since then. We are very pleased.

I had my basement waterproofed by Everdry 9 years ago. There has not been a drop of water due to heavy rain since then! I have had them come out to replace my sump pump, and they were fast and efficient, just like they were when they did the original job. Of course the replacement was free because I purchased a lifetime of the home warranty. If anything goes wrong, I call, they come, it's free. Simple as that.
